RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted:

We’ll send you a return shipping label.

Important: If your country of residence is not Colombia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is:

EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days for any reason, without justification.
Conditions:

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
